After receiving your Rancilio Silvia, check the packaging for any damage.
Make sure the package is upright, then open the top of the box.
Inside you will
find the manual and warranty information enclosed in a plastic bag. The
warranty card should be completed and faxed to the numbers listed.
It is not
necessary to mail in the warranty card, but keep it for your records.
