| New company name: Rancilio Group spa |
| We would like to inform you that Rancilio Macchine per Caffè S.p.A. changed the company name to Rancilio Group spa on 9th July 2010. With this new name, we wish to consolidate the synergy between the Rancilio and Egro Coffee Systems AG brands and affirm the new strategic direction towards objectives which will strengthen the group's leadership worldwide.
These ambitious objectives require ongoing commitment and complete dedication. We thank our collaborators and partners for their valued support which also helps us to achieve these goals. |
