| Next month the twenty-fourth annual Specialty Coffee Association Tradeshow, takes place in Portland, Oregon, from April 19-22, 2012. Rancilio Group North America is excited to exhibit the latest technology and equipment in booth 4089.
All eyes are sure to be focused on the newest temperature profiling
technology from the Rancilio Group LAB. The XCelsius, features a soft
pre-fusion and slow ramp up of pressure combined with complete control
of the brewing temperature profile. The temperature of the water used
when extracting coffee is one of the main parameters that influence the
result in the cup in terms of taste, so it follows that if you vary the
temperature in a controlled manner during extraction you can enhance or
conceal the various flavors of an individual blend or single origin
